@js33648 @tdesseyn I think an interview coding session is great. But one that takes an hour or less. Giving “homework” to prospective candidates isn’t acceptable. Especially when they’ll often already have other jobs/work.Permalink

@js33648 @tdesseyn I see nothing wrong with reducing the number of candidates asked to take the assessment - people with little chance at getting hired should definitely not be asked to do an assessment! That’s just wasting their time!
